Our story: finding the hidden hour

La Hora Escondida means "The Hidden Hour." It was born from a simple belief: life moves too fast, and we rarely give ourselves permission to slow down. Some of life's most meaningful moments happen over a warm cup of coffee, a fresh pastry, and unhurried conversation. They happen while reading a favorite book, catching up with an old friend, working on a dream, or simply sitting in comfortable silence. Those moments are easy to overlook, but they're often the ones we remember most. La Hora Escondida was created to protect those moments. Inspired by moonlit evenings, quiet forests, old books, family traditions, and handcrafted coffee, we wanted to create more than a place to grab a drink. We wanted to create a place where time feels just a little slower—where the outside world can wait, even if only for an hour. Every drink is made with intention.
